Cherry compote with cherry seeds for winter

Fast, and most importantly delicious. All useful properties have been preserved. I always make cherry compote this way. Because long boiling kills all the useful vitamins.

This compote can be prepared from both fresh berries and frozen.
First we sterilize the jars. We put clean washed fruits in them. Then pour out the same amount of sugar (for a two-liter jar we will need two glasses of berries and two glasses of sugar). Now you can pour boiling water into the jars, slowly, so that the jars do not burst. And the final touch - we roll up the cans, or we twist the lids and turn the cans over. We put it in a warm place.
Cherry compote with pits is ready.
Such compote is well stored at room temperature.
