Cooking method

1. First of all, we put hard-boiled eggs, for which I wash them, put them in a saucepan, pour water so that they are completely covered with it. Put the pan on high heat, bring the water to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat to medium and cook the eggs for 10 minutes. After this time, we remove the pan from the fire and send the eggs under cold water so that they cool down faster and clean better.

2. When the eggs cool down, peel them and three on a coarse grater.

3. Parsley is thoroughly washed under running water, dried with paper towels and finely chopped.

4. Three cheese on a coarse grater. If the cheese is crumbly, then just knead it with a fork.

5. Pita bread is removed from the package and both sheets are laid out on the work surface.

6. Lubricate the surface of the pita bread with mayonnaise, then sprinkle with chopped parsley. Try to distribute all the ingredients evenly over the surface of the pita bread.

7. Spread grated eggs on top of mayonnaise and parsley.

8. We put grated (mashed) cheese on the eggs, in a uniform layer.

9. Now we roll up the pita bread rolls. We try to make the rolls turn out to be dense, otherwise the filling will fall out when cut. This can be avoided by heating - when frying, the cheese will melt and fasten the rolls from the inside, and at the same time give new flavors to the finished dish.

10. Cooked rolls are cut into pieces (each into three parts).

That's it - the delicious dish is ready! You can serve it as a snack or you can take rolls with you to work or study as a snack. Such rolls taste great both cold and hot.
