How to make a pork heart with onions? The heart in the salad is boiled, the onion is pickled, green peas can be taken canned or frozen, if desired. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking, you can put less or more. Such a salad is not a shame to serve on a festive table, and it is also quite suitable as a second course for dinner for the whole family. You can garnish the salad with mashed potatoes, it will be delicious and satisfying.

1. So, first of all, prepare the pork heart. Wash it under running water, dry it with paper towels. Carefully inspect, remove all blood clots that may be in the heart, cut off the veins and films, remove excess fat.

2. Pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring to a boil, add salt. Put the prepared heart in boiling salted water, cook until tender, about an hour and a half.

3. Meanwhile, peel the onion, cut it into half rings. Put the onion in a small bowl, pour vinegar, sprinkle with sugar and add a pinch of salt. Rub the onion with your hands so that it releases the juice and the additional ingredients are distributed as evenly as possible. Leave to marinate for half an hour.

4. Cut the boiled pork heart into thin strips, put it in a deep bowl. Send pickled onions and green peas here, add mayonnaise, mix. Taste for salt, if necessary, add.

5. Put the salad in a deep salad bowl, garnish with sprigs of parsley and serve. How delicious it is!
