Simple and delicious squid salad. One of my husband's favorite salads. Cooking it is very simple. The main thing is to buy good squid. Despite the presence of mayonnaise in the salad, it is a low-calorie dish, so you can sometimes afford to eat a portion of such a salad. Moreover, its usefulness for the body is undeniable. It contains a large amount of protein, so it will be useful, first of all, for athletes and those who are engaged in heavy physical labor. In order to cook the salad quickly, I advise you to boil the squid the day before.
