Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 20 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a salad with smoked sausage and tomatoes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the sausage from the outer shell, wash the tomatoes and greens and dry them. Put the eggs in a saucepan, fill with water and put on medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook for 8-10 minutes. Fill with cold water and cool completely.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Cut the sausage into medium cubes. If you don't like such slicing, you can cut it into strips. Smoked sausage can be taken to your taste, it can also be smoked. Put the sausage in a bowl.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Cut the tomato into cubes, slightly larger than the sausage and add to the bowl with the sausage. You need to take a strong tomato, preferably with a minimum of seeds inside. If desired, they can be simply removed, but usually they do not interfere.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Onions can be taken not only the usual onion, but red or white will also do. If there is only onion and it is very sharp, pour boiling water over it and let the water drain. Add the onion to the salad bowl.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Peel the cooled eggs from the shell and cut into cubes. Add them to a bowl with sausage and vegetables. Never put warm or hot foods in a salad, it spoils very quickly.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Chop the greens and add to the salad. I use parsley, but you can take any greens to your taste.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Mix the salad until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Arrange the salad into serving bowls, add mayonnaise, garnish with herbs, salt and serve. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt. Enjoy your meal.

You can add fresh cucumber to this salad, replace chicken eggs with quail eggs. Mayonnaise can be replaced with sour cream or natural yogurt. Instead of one type of sausage, you can take several.

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

The salad will look nice and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).
