Do you like sandwiches - eat them with semolina caviar on herring brine! We often salt the herring ourselves, there is a lot of delicious spicy brine left. It was always a bit of a pity to pour it out after salting herring. And recently we discovered this amazing recipe for sandwich &039;pate-caviar &039; on brine. Sandwiches with this caviar are very satisfying and delicious.

Pour the brine, water, and oil into a wide, low saucepan. Add tomato paste. Put on the fire, stir and bring to a boil.

When it boils, stirring constantly, we introduce semolina in a thin stream. Stir for another half a minute, remove from the heat and leave to cool completely.

Meanwhile, chop the eggs and onions with a blender or cut into small cubes.

Add onion and eggs to the cooled semolina in brine, mix well. Icarus from semolina on herring brine is ready.
