Salad with canned pineapple and chicken

A very unusual salad for any feast! I like to cook salads with the addition of various fruits, including pineapples. In my opinion, pineapples lighten the taste of salad, make it juicy. And their sweetness perfectly harmonizes with the rest of the ingredients.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

To prepare the salad, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Boil the chicken fillet in boiling water, with the addition of a small amount of salt, for 20-30 minutes. Then cool the meat. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the hot water and fill them with cold water so that they cool down faster. Take hard cheese so that it rubs well on a grater. Open the jar of pineapples and drain the liquid from them.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Cut the cooled chicken meat into small cubes.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We will lay out the salad in layers. This can be done in a common salad bowl or prepare it for serving portions. Place a serving ring on the prepared plate and place the chopped chicken meat on the bottom. Press it down a little with your hand or spoon. Lubricate the layer with a small amount of mayonnaise.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Peel the boiled eggs from the shell and grate them on a coarse grater.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put the grated eggs in the next layer. This layer is also lubricated with a small amount of mayonnaise.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Cut canned pineapples into small cubes. Even if you had pineapple slices in the jar, then cut them a little smaller. Put the sliced pineapples in the next layer, on top of the grated eggs. Smear this layer with mayonnaise quite a bit, since the pineapples themselves are quite juicy.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. How easy is it to grate cheese? To make the cheese easier to grate, it can be slightly frozen. Sprinkle the grated cheese on the final layer.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Remove the salad from the mold and cool slightly in the refrigerator before serving.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

The finished salad can be sprinkled with chopped herbs before serving. The salad turns out to be very light, delicious and satisfying. Bon appetit!

Any salad with chicken is always in great demand and popular on the festive table. But if you add a small amount of pineapples to it, it will emphasize its taste very favorably.
Prepare this salad for your family and guests. Very tasty!!!
