Sponge cake in a saucepan on a gas stove

Delicate airy sponge cake for a delicious birthday cake! I really like a sponge cake cooked in a saucepan, as it turns out to be smooth on all sides, very tender, with soft crusts and an even, even top. And for those who do not have an oven, this method will allow you to prepare a delicious cake for a holiday. I bake it sometimes at the cottage, if there is a reason to celebrate something. In general, try it :)
