Cooking method

1. Pour the fermented baked milk into a saucepan, add cottage cheese and sugar, mix, simmer on low heat for one hour, stir occasionally. Pour the raisins into a bowl, pour hot water, leave for 20 minutes so that it steams and swells.

2. In warm kefir, add salt and baking powder for the dough, mix. Sift the flour into a bowl, spread the butter, chop with a knife into fine crumbs. And now we combine the flour mixture with kefir, knead the plastic dough. Leave the dough for 20 minutes, covered with cling film.

3. Hard-boiled eggs, cleaned, cut into cubes. Boil the rice in lightly salted water until fully cooked. Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Fry the onion with minced meat in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes, salt and pepper.

4. We divide the dough into two parts, one large, the other smaller, the ratio is 1:3. Most of the thinly rolled, placed in a form greased with vegetable oil. We spread 1 \ 3 part of rice on the base, and on top of the rice - curd curt, then rice again, a layer of minced meat, on top - chopped boiled eggs, after which we distribute the remaining rice, as well as raisins. Pour the filling with melted butter. A smaller part of the dough is also rolled out, we cover the pie with it, fix the edges.

5. Break the egg into a bowl, whisk with a fork, grease the pie, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 50-55 minutes. We serve it hot on the table.
