How to make a salad with beans, cheese and chicken? Boil the chicken breast fillet in salted water and let it cool. Discard the canned red beans in a colander, rinse and leave for a while to drain the water. Grate hard cheese of any kind on a coarse grater. Then prepare the garlic sauce. Take a little mayonnaise, squeeze cloves of fresh garlic into it, sprinkle with ground black pepper and mix. At the bottom of the salad bowl, put half of the finely chopped chicken fillet, smear with garlic sauce. Then evenly distribute half of the red beans and cover it with a layer of mayonnaise. The next layer is half of the grated cheese, greased with mayonnaise. Repeat the layers in the same order, only make the last layer of cheese without mayonnaise. Garnish the salad with a bunch of greens and a flower made from a mug of boiled carrots and thin slices of cheese. For brightness, you can sprinkle grated egg yolk on top. Salad with beans, cheese and chicken is ready, bon appetit!

Mayonnaise is better to prepare yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
