Udon noodles with pork in sweet sauce

An interesting dish without a lot of time. Very very tasty! . Initially, I really wanted to cook Wok noodles, but after finding noodles in the store, but not finding the sauce "Teriyaki", which is required for cooking Wok noodles, I had to experiment with what was. It turned out very tasty, my husband is delighted. Of course, not everyone perceives sweet meat, but if you, like me, like meat with sweet sauces, then you will like this recipe.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 35 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Cut pork into cubes and fry in a preheated frying pan (or in a saucepan, I don't have it, so I do everything in a frying pan) vegetable oil for 7 minutes.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

While the meat is being fried, boil the noodles in salted boiling water at the time indicated on the pack. It is very important not to overcook the noodles, as they will still be subjected to heat treatment. I have the specified cooking time on the pack - 7 minutes, I would advise cooking no more than 6 minutes, since the noodles turned out to be a little cooked.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Preparing the sauce. Mix soy sauce, honey and lemon juice, mix.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

When the meat is fried, add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Pour the meat with the sauce prepared by us, turn down the heat, cover and simmer for a couple of minutes, the meat should become a beautiful golden color.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Chop carrots with thin long strips.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Also cut the pepper into strips. Add the vegetables to the pan, fry for just a minute, add the boiled noodles to the meat and vegetables, stir, fry for a minute or even less, turn off the fire, cover with a lid. The most important thing is not to overcook the vegetables, they should not be soft, they should be in "al dente" condition. When serving, the finished dish can be decorated with sesame seeds or a sprig of greenery.

The recipe is quite interesting. A dish with a sweet note will be a great occasion to please your loved ones with something new at dinner.
