1. Tomatoes are washed, we make a cross-shaped incision on the skin and pour boiling water over them, after which we put them in a container with cold water and remove the skin. The pulp is cut into cubes, in the process of cooking it should boil.

2. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds and partitions, washed, cut into cubes. Peel the carrots, cut into strips not large. Onions and garlic are also cleaned, onions are cut into cubes, garlic is passed through the press.

3. We put the tomatoes in a saucepan, pour a little water, about half a glass, send it to the fire and bring it to a boil. Then spread the carrots and bell peppers, cook for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The last step is to add the onion and garlic gruel.

4. Season the snack with salt and ground black pepper to taste, pour sugar, pour sunflower oil, cook for about 10 minutes, then pour vinegar, mix and arrange in pre-sterilized jars. We roll it up hermetically.

Wrap the jars in a warm blanket and leave for a day until completely cooled. We store the blanks in the cellar.
