    Take a deep bowl and pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of boiling water into it, then add two tablespoons of vegetable oil, one teaspoon of salt and mix.

    Sift four hundred and fifty grams of premium wheat flour through a fine sieve and put most of the flour in a common bowl. Please note that you may take more or less flour than I do. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

    In the process of kneading the dough, break and add one chicken egg to the bowl.

    Knead the dough thoroughly in a bowl with your hands until smooth for five minutes.

    To prepare the filling, pour about two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan placed on the stove, then put three hundred grams of cooked minced meat into it.

    Turn the stove on high and stir fry the minced meat in a frying pan.

    Chop one onion head quite finely and put it in a frying pan, then mix the minced meat well with the onions and continue to fry them at a high temperature of the stove.

    Cut into rather thin strips about two hundred and fifty grams of white cabbage and, having crushed it, put it in a common frying pan, then mix all the ingredients together in a frying pan and continue to fry for four to five minutes.

    Put salt, ground nutmeg, coriander, dried herbs, a mixture of red and black peppers in a common frying pan to taste and mix all the ingredients well together.

    Close the pan with a lid and switch the stove to low temperature, continue cooking the filling for five minutes until fully cooked, then transfer the cooked filling to a bowl and cool.

    Roll out each piece of dough to fairly thin tortillas one and a half to two millimeters thick.
