I really like salads laid in layers with mushrooms. Firstly, they look very aesthetically pleasing, and secondly, they allow you to fully enjoy the taste of each food ingredient and their combination within the snack. One of my favorite such salads is the Deadly number Salad. What is its highlight, I will tell you a little later, but for now I will share a simple recipe for its preparation. So, we take a large deep salad bowl, lubricate it with vegetable oil. At the bottom of the salad bowl, with the caps down, we put the pickled champignons in one layer. Then we cut the onion, marinate it in a water-vinegar solution in a ratio of 1:1, stand for 10-15 minutes, squeeze it out and put it on top of the mushrooms in an even non-thick layer. We smear mayonnaise on top. Now three carrots on a coarse grater, lay the third layer of lettuce. Then we cut the pickled cucumbers into thin circles and put them on top of the carrots. Again, we smear with mayonnaise. Now finely chop the meat, lay it in an even layer and smear with mayonnaise. Next, we put the grated processed cheese, smear it with mayonnaise. Grated potatoes are also stacked and brushed with mayonnaise on top. potato. The last layer will be a finely chopped egg, which should also be smeared with mayonnaise on top.
The layers should be salted and peppered to taste (except for layers of cheese and cucumbers).
The salad must be put in the refrigerator for 12 hours so that it is infused. After that, you can serve it to the table. So why is the salad called the Deadly Number? Because right on the table, this salad turns into a real masterpiece. One has only to turn the salad bowl upside down on a large dish and in front of us is already an incredibly beautiful salad cake. Enjoy your appetite!!!
