We start by cutting onions and peppers into small cubes, chop garlic, cut mushrooms into plates. Now we heat olive oil and butter in a large frying pan. Then we put the chicken pieces and brown them. After that, we take out the chicken. Then put the onion, red pepper, garlic and champignons in a frying pan, fry them on low heat for about 15 minutes. After this time, we introduce tomatoes, wine and prepared chicken cut into thin slices. Boil, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 40-50 minutes.
