How to make a salad of chicken fillet, pineapple, corn and rice? To start, boil the chicken fillet for about 30 minutes. The broth that remains can then be used for the first course, but now we will no longer need it. Cool the chicken fillet in the broth and slice. I prefer to cut into large cubes. Put the rice to cook. It is advisable to take those varieties that remain crumbly after they are ready.  Next, open the canned pineapples and corn. Drain the liquid, cut the pineapples into pieces.  And of course, a fresh cucumber. I must say right away, if you are going to serve this salad on a festive table, then the cucumber should be cut immediately before serving, otherwise it will give juice. Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and season the salad. Decorate with greenery.
