Russian beauty salad with chicken

Salad Beauty or also called Russian beauty - will perfectly decorate your table during the holidays, and also will not disappoint anyone with its taste. The salad has all the ingredients to please everyone – it's both a meat component and juicy vegetables! Beauty salad is often made in layers, but it seems to me that the time spent is not justified, so I mixed the ingredients right away. It is better to leave the strength to decorate the salad in the form of a kokoshnik – it is not complicated. Let's cook!

    Finely chop parsley, green onion and red bell pepper. We leave five sprigs of parsley for decoration.

    Mix all the ingredients with mayonnaise in a plate, except the ingredients for decoration. We leave the cheese, red pepper, cucumber, olives cut into circles and part of the tomatoes. Try the salad to taste, if necessary, add salt (I did not salt).

    Proceed to the formation of a salad in the form of a cocoanut. We put a bowl or saucer on a flat dish from the edge. We outline the drawing of the salad and spread the salad.
