Cod liver salad under a fur coat

Bright and festive! Prepare an original layered salad! Cod liver salad under a fur coat will become a real decoration of the holiday - it turns out so bright and beautiful. And besides, this salad also tastes great. You can serve it immediately after cooking, but it is better to keep it a little cold so that it is infused. Thanks to the use of a serving ring, the salad looks very stylish.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 3 h 15 min

1. We put the rice to cook, having previously washed it under running water. Water for boiling rice is slightly salted.

2. My eggs, boil them hard.

3. Cucumber and bell pepper are washed, we clean the pepper from the seeds. Cut both cucumber and pepper into small cubes.

4. My greens, dry them. Cut the green onion into rings, chop the dill finely.

5. Garlic is cleaned and crushed, added to mayonnaise, stirred.

6. We put aside two-thirds of the mayonnaise with garlic, put dill in the rest, leaving part of the dill to decorate the salad. Mix everything well.

7. Boiled rice is washed, eggs are cooled and cleaned.

8. Add mayonnaise with dill to the rice, mix.

9. We collect the salad using the serving ring:

- first layer - fig,

- second layer - sliced cucumber and mayonnaise mesh,

- third layer - sliced cod liver,

- fourth layer - bell pepper plus a mesh of mayonnaise,

- fifth layer - green onion,

- the sixth layer - grated proteins on a coarse grater plus a mesh of mayonnaise,

- the last layer - grated yolks on a fine grater.

10. Decorate the salad with dill and pieces of Bulgarian pepper (or at your discretion).

11. We put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
