Salad Africa kiwi chicken apple cheese egg

Chicken meat with fruit is a classic of the genre. In general, there are several variants of this salad. Initially, I wanted to add a banana to the salad, as advised in some recipes, but I did not dare, because I cooked early in the morning for the evening. During this time, the banana will darken, lose half of its taste qualities, so I limited myself to kiwi and apple. The combination of chicken, fruit and Korean carrots - I really liked it despite the apparent incompatibility.
