Leshiy salad

Unusual in taste and hearty salad for your guests! Delicious and very satisfying Leshii salad is perfect for a festive table. In preparation, this recipe is very simple. The salad most likely got its funny name because of the coloring of the ingredients - brown, yellow, green – together it resembles a stump in the forest, and the decoration looks like a forest clearing. Although, maybe there is another explanation. Let's make a Leshy salad.

    Step 15.

To decorate the middle of the flowers, I used a finely chopped tomato, you can use red pepper or sweet corn for the yellow middle. I didn't include them in the ingredients.

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

The Goblin salad is ready, you can serve it on the table. After the photo session, the idea came that it was possible to put a flower in the center at the bottom of the dish, as well. But everything has already been done))). Enjoy your meal.

Before putting the salad on the dish, try it, I didn't have enough cucumber for freshness, and I added it. Although there are no friends for the taste and color, so try and think if you have enough in the salad.
