  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for making a Snowflake salad with chicken.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

You can take any mushrooms. I used fresh champignons. First you need to wash them, dry them, chop them finely. If the mushrooms are frozen, they must be thawed at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

    Step 9.

Grind the yolks on a fine grater.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Proteins are the topmost layer of lettuce. Half of the proteins I tinted with tea broth, so that the decoration of mayonnaise in the form of snowflakes was clearly visible. To do this, boil 1.5 tsp. of dry tea leaves in 1 tbsp. of water, put the proteins in the broth for 15 minutes. Then remove the proteins, dry them. Of course, this is optional, it is not necessary to tint the proteins.

  11. Step 11:

Layer of fried mushrooms. You do not need to lubricate with mayonnaise.

  15. Step 15:

    Then put the grated yolks.

  16. Step 16:

    Step 16.

    Mayonnaise.

  17. Step 17:

    Step 17.

The next layer is chopped walnut.

  18. Step 18:

    Step 18.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, put it on top. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

  19. Step 19:

    Step 19.

Tip - colored proteins, crushed on a fine grater. Grease the sides of the salad with mayonnaise and garnish with the rest of the grated proteins.

  20. Step 20:

    Step 20.

Draw a snowflake from mayonnaise on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak. Enjoy your meal!

Instead of fillets, other parts of the chicken (thigh, shin) are also suitable. Chicken can also be fried, cut into pieces, or baked.

You can take any cheese: melted, brine, semi-hard.

If forest mushrooms are used, they must first be boiled, then fried until tender.

Everyone liked our salad right away, also because they really like mushrooms in any form.
