Cooking method

First let's wash the berries and fruits. For the right proportions, gooseberries need to be weighed. We transfer it to a suitable container and fill it with sugar.
Shake a little so that the sugar and mass mix, and pour water. Put it on the fire and wait until our jam boils. In order not to waste time, cut citrus fruits into cubes (half a centimeter each), namely lemon and orange. Don't forget to take out the bones. I was lucky, there were none in the orange, and there was only one stone in the lemon! Now add the citrus fruits to the berries and cook for another 1 hour on low heat. After that, put our jam to brew overnight. By morning it will have a beautiful crimson color. The color, in my opinion, is influenced by orange, since in the beginning it was green.
Now we will wash and sterilize our cans. We will put jam in them. We remove our jam from the fire and roll it into jars. Enjoy your meal!
