1. So, I wash the dogwood, put it in a saucepan, pour water so that it completely covers the berries, send it to the fire and cook for 10 minutes from the moment of boiling. Then we throw the berries into a colander, cool the broth.

2. Boiled berries are freed from the seeds, transferred to the blender bowl. I wash the cilantro, chop it with a knife, put it in a bowl to the dogwood. Peel the garlic, send it after the cilantro. Season the ingredients with salt and pepper, pour vegetable oil and beat with a mixer until completely homogeneous.

3. In order to adjust the taste, add sugar, and to bring the sauce to the desired consistency, add the cooled broth. Re-whisk with a mixer, transfer the sauce to a saucepan and serve it on the table with meat or fish.
