Prepare a delicious apple puree for the baby. Solid benefits! Instead of buying a store-bought product, I prepare mashed potatoes myself - from different fruits and vegetables. Kids love it! Moreover, not only the youngest. A whole jar of vitamins without a gram of sugar and other unhealthy additives!

Cooking method

1. Wash the apples, trim the peel, cut the fruit in half and remove the cores.

2. Put the apples in a saucepan, preferably enameled, fill with water and put on the stove. Bring them to a boil.

3. Cook the apples on low heat until they become soft. It will take from 5 to 10 minutes.

4. Apples are crushed with a blender or kneaded with a wooden pusher. In the first version, the puree will turn out to be more homogeneous.

5. Now the puree needs to be brought to a boil, boil for a couple of minutes and spread out in small sterilized jars or in one large one. Allow the finished puree to cool in a warm place.
