Solyanka with sausage in a slow cooker

Delicious flavorful soup without much hassle! This recipe for solyanka is very simple, it is prepared without meat broth, only with sausage. Due to the long languor in the slow cooker, the soup turns out rich, spicy, thick - it will perfectly warm on a cold winter day!

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Cook the hodgepodge on the Quenching mode for 2 hours.

When serving, put olives and lemon slices in a hodgepodge. You can also add a spoonful of sour cream and sprinkle with herbs.
It is practical to cook the hodgepodge after the holidays, when there is a lot of meat and sausage slicing. It is good if the products are different: both boiled and smoked. Sausages and hunting sausages are great for solyanka. The soup will turn out even tastier if the sausage products are pre-lightly fried.
To enhance the taste of the broth, pour in a little pickle from cucumbers when cooking. Just try to do it after the potatoes are cooked. The acid contained in the brine will not allow the potatoes to cook and it will remain tough. Remember that brine replaces part of the salt, so its amount will need to be reduced.
Instead of tomato paste, you can take fresh tomatoes or sauce from them.
