Prepare the ingredients. Chicken eggs are the simplest, most affordable and versatile products for preparing any snacks, salads. They are combined with almost any other products in our case with canned tuna and pickled cucumbers. In the process of making canapes, the longest is boiling hard–boiled chicken eggs. Many doctors advise washing chicken eggs with soap before cooking, in order to avoid pathogenic microbes such as salmonella, which may be on the surface of the eggshell. Cook chicken eggs in water for 15 minutes from the moment the water boils over medium heat. The yolk of eggs should be well cooked so as not to be liquid, but at the same time prolonged cooking can affect the appearance of the yolk, it will acquire a bluish hue, and it will not look nice on the snack. Chicken eggs are immersed in a container with ice water and left to cool. Chicken eggs are taken out of the water, cleaned from the shell and cut into circles. To make canapes, you can use any bakery products: white or rye bread, loaf, baguette or bread rolls. The size of the pieces should correspond to the size of the pieces of the other components of the canape. We cut the bread into pieces so that it is easier to cut and not crumble, it is better to use slightly dried bread. From pieces of bread with the help of a cookie cutter, we cut out circles or simply cut them into squares. The bread base for the canapé can optionally be dried in the oven or in a dry frying pan. We open a can of canned tuna, drain the liquid, knead the fish with a fork into a paste. Slices of bread are spread with fish paste. Instead of pate, you can use cream or processed cheese or ready-made pate, chicken eggs are combined with many products. We cut the pickled cucumber into thin circles and spread them on bread with a spread. Cover the sandwiches with pieces of chicken eggs on top. We fasten the sandwiches with skewers. The snack is ready, it will take its rightful place on any festive table or act as an original addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner. We decorate the canapes with fresh herbs and serve them to the table!
