Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

It is not difficult to prepare such a salad. The main thing is to prepare the products in advance. Namely:

- boil and cool the shrimp (remembering that they cook very quickly, and you can't cook them for a long time, otherwise they will become rubbery and tasteless);

- wash all vegetables and herbs, dry with paper towels, blotting excess moisture, and spread lettuce leaves on a cloth to dry;

- get crab sticks out of the freezer in advance so that they have time to defrost at room temperature;

- three hard cheese on a coarse grater or cut into small strips with a sharp knife - choose the method of grinding to your taste.

Next, setting aside part of the shrimp to decorate the finished dish, the rest cut into small pieces. We also do with crab sticks, slicing them proportionally with shrimp.

Bulgarian pepper cut into halves, cut out the stems, clean the seeds. After that, the pulp of Bulgarian pepper is also cut into small cubes. We try to make sure that all the ingredients are cut into approximately the same pieces. This will ensure the beauty of the salad and will have a beneficial effect, including on the taste. A little pepper can be left to decorate the finished salad, but not necessarily - the salad can be decorated in any other way, for example, just shrimp and fresh herbs.

Put a small frying pan on medium heat, pour the specified amount of olive oil into it. We warm it up, spread the chopped pepper, cook it for 2-3 minutes with constant stirring. It should become soft. Transfer the pepper to a plate and let it cool completely.

We turn to tomatoes, which we also cut into halves, cut out the attachment point of the peduncle. After using a small spoon, we remove the pulp with seeds on a separate plate - we won't need it. The rest of the tomatoes are cut into the same cubes as the bell pepper.

In a salad bowl of a suitable size, mix shrimp, crab sticks, bell peppers and tomatoes. We also spread grated hard cheese there. Mix everything, and then fill the salad with mayonnaise, sprinkle with paprika, stir again. We taste the lard and, if necessary, sprinkle with sea salt, then stir again.

At the bottom of a beautiful flat plate, we spread the prepared dried lettuce leaves, and on them lettuce, forming a slide. We decorate the finished dish and serve it on the table or put it in the refrigerator for cooling before serving.

Everything is ready!
