Pig salad with chicken fillet

Salad in the shape of a yellow pig is a decoration of the New Year's table. Such an original salad will not only please with its attractive appearance, but also saturate you and your guests who will gather with you at the festive table.     Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, put on fire. When the water boils, put the chicken breast in a saucepan and boil until tender: the approximate cooking time is 20-30 minutes. Remove the finished breast from the broth, cool and cut into small pieces.

    Boil hard-boiled eggs, hold in cold water until completely cooled. Peel and cut into small cubes. There is a special round strainer with square cells - you can handle cutting eggs with it in seconds.

    Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

    Take a salad dish. We spread the chicken fillet with the first layer, smear it with mayonnaise on top. First we make a grid, and then we smear it with a spoon.

    We spread half of the eggs with the second layer, the second half will go to the formation of the pig's head. Also pour mayonnaise and rub it.

    Spread the prunes with the third layer, smear with mayonnaise.

    Lay out the nuts with the fourth layer. It is not necessary to grind them, although it is optional. I took halves and quarters of nuts. We also apply and smear mayonnaise on top.

    Next, slide the eggs in the part of the salad where the pig will have a head. Pour mayonnaise on top of them.

    Sprinkle the salad with grated cheese. We cut three circles from the sausage and make a piglet and ears out of them. We install them in their places. We insert the eyes of green peas. Decorate with fresh dill. Our pig is ready!
