First of all, turn on the oven to warm up to 200 degrees Celsius.

We cut off the hard parts of the asparagus, then wash it, blot it with paper towels. Then cut into pieces 4.5-5 cm. We also prepare the greens: we wash what we need, divide into parts, or leave all the greens intact. You can buy a ready-made mix in the store or choose greens to your taste.

Pour two thirds of olive oil into the baking dish, distribute it evenly over the bottom, then spread the prepared asparagus. Pour balsamic vinegar on top, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Put the mold in the oven and bake the asparagus for 10 minutes. During the baking process, asparagus, as a rule, loses its rich purple hue and becomes simply green. Only a light lilac color remains on the tops.

While the asparagus is in the oven, boil the eggs. To do this, pour water into a saucepan, into which we immerse the thoroughly washed eggs. We put the pan on a high heat, bring the liquid to a boil, after which we reduce the heating. Cook the eggs for 7 minutes, then remove the eggs from the pan and send them under cold.water (keep under water for 5 minutes).

Also at this time we fry capers. Pour the remaining oil into a small frying pan, put it on medium heat, warm it up. We put capers in the oil, pour flour. Fry, stirring, for 2 minutes - until golden crisp. Then we put the capers on a paper towel.

Eggs are cleaned, cut into halves and laid out on a serving plate - three halves for each. We put greens on plates, pour lemon juice and olive oil, season the greens with salt and ground black pepper.

We put asparagus in serving plates, sprinkle with fried capers. Decorate the salad as desired, for example, with flowers. We serve it to the table in a warm form.
