Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 10 min

1. Tomatoes are washed, we make a cross-shaped incision on the surface, pour boiling water, and then cold water. After the manipulations, carefully remove the skin from the tomato.

2. Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and partitions, cut off the stalk, wash it. Peel the garlic.

3. Peel carrots and apples from the skin, cut out the core of the apples with seeds.

4. We cut the hot pepper lengthwise, clean the seeds (you can not remove the seeds, but they will give additional sharpness, this is for an amateur).

5. The prepared components are cut into small pieces, put into a saucepan, put on fire and cook under a closed lid for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Then remove the pan from the heat, pour sugar, salt and a mixture of spices into the adjika, mix, let cool.

7. Rub the vegetables through a large sieve, pour vegetable oil and add the pre-chopped basil, mix.

Adjika turned out amazing, with it any dish will play in a new way!
