Cactus fruit jam

Interesting, unusual, delicious and very healthy jam! I recently tried this very delicious jam from a neighbor, and I couldn't guess what she made it from. It turns out that it is from the fruits of the prickly pear cactus. Bright, delicious, sweet, with a slight sourness. I strongly advise you to make such a cactus jam!
