Cooking method

1. We sort out the cloudberries, leaving only whole, ripe berries, remove the stems. We shift the washed berries into a sieve and let the excess liquid drain.
2. Like glass water, we grind through a sieve, we need to get a homogeneous berry puree.
3. Pour the puree into a saucepan and heat it. Pour out the sugar and mix. Stir occasionally, boil the mass for an hour on low heat.
4. Hot jelly is poured into sterilized jars, covered with a blanket and allowed to cool, after which the blanks are put away for storage.
