A great dish of a healthy balanced diet! Garbuzova porridge is served hot. If desired, porridge can be served with raisins, nuts, condensed milk, a piece of butter.

  1. Step 1:

    Prepare the main products for cooking porridge: peeled pumpkin pulp, bright yellow millet, milk, sugar, salt, water.

    Put the pumpkin in a saucepan, add 1-2 tablespoons of water, bring to a boil and cook on low heat until the pumpkin is soft (15 minutes).

    Wash the millet, pour boiling water over it, pour 1.3 tablespoons of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes until the millet is fully cooked.

    Puree the soft finished pumpkin with a blender.

    Combine pumpkin puree and ready-made millet porridge, add sugar and salt.

    Pour in the hot milk. Mix it up. If you need a more viscous porridge, then pour in as much milk as you need.

    The finished porridge can be served to the table.
