Pour the milk into a saucepan or an iron cup with a thick bottom, turn on the stove.

When the milk warms up, put sugar and salt, stir until dissolved. After boiling the milk, pour the semolina, it is better to do it slowly and fall asleep with a thin trickle from the glass.

At the same time, we constantly stir the mixture with the second hand. Let the porridge boil and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring it.

When the porridge starts to pop, turn off the stove and leave for fifteen minutes to sweat under the lid. Serve with butter and, if desired, jam or fruit.
