Cooking method

1. Boil the shrimp in salted water with lemon juice, then peel.

2. Wash tomatoes and cut into 8 pieces.

3. Wash the salad mixture, put it in a colander and let the water drain.

4. In a salad bowl, combine shrimp, tomatoes, crackers and lettuce leaves. Season with olive oil and mix.
