Baked pasta horns

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 50 min

1. Boil the pasta in lightly salted water, following the instructions on the package.

2. Cut the bacon thinly, fry until a beautiful golden color for 5 minutes.

3. Peel the garlic, chop finely together with the green onions, add to the bacon. Cook until the onion is soft, then put the pasta in the pan, add salt and pepper to taste, mix.

4. Melt butter in a saucepan, then add flour to it, mix. Keep on fire until bubbles appear on the surface of the mass, then gently pour the milk with constant stirring.

5. Cook the sauce, stirring constantly for 8-10 minutes, until it thickens. Grate the mozzarella, put most of it in the sauce, mix.

6. Wash the parsley, dry it, chop it finely with a knife, add it to the pasta in the pan.

7. Prepare a baking dish, put the pasta and bacon in it, pour the white sauce.

8. Wash the tomatoes, cut into thin circles, put them on the surface of the pasta. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and remaining mozzarella on top, sprinkle with olive oil.

9. Send the mold to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake the pasta for 30-35 minutes, until a beautiful golden blush forms on the surface.

Serve hot.
