Bolognese sauce for winter

Spaghetti will always be extremely delicious with this preparation! After trying to cook Bolognese sauce as a preparation, I realized that this is a real find! After all, now it will be much faster to cook Italian dishes that are so loved by all members of our family. For such a billet, I now have a separate shelf in the pantry and from now on this is my "master hev" :)

From the specified number of products, 6 liter cans of delicious sauce are obtained. So let's get started...

1. Tomatoes are washed, cut into small cubes. We put it in a saucepan, send it to the fire, cook for 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally.

2. Peel the onion, cut into smaller pieces, fry in olive oil until transparent.

3. Peel the garlic, finely chop and fry in olive oil together with the onion for a couple of minutes.

4. Put the tomato paste in a bowl and add a little tomato juice from the pan to it, stir. We introduce the mixture into the future sauce.

5. Meanwhile, add salt and sugar to the tomatoes, mix. Pour paprika, cook for 2 minutes, then pour oregano and finely chopped parsley and basil.

6. After 5 minutes, add the fried onion and garlic, mix, cook for another 5 minutes.

7. Finally, add black pepper and chili, and pour in wine vinegar.

8. Let the mass boil for three minutes and pour into sterile jars. Having rolled up the jars, turn them upside down, wrap them with a warm blanket and leave them to cool completely.

9. The cooled cans are transferred to a permanent storage place.
