Snack salad with boiled beef and fresh cucumbers. There are many variants of the "Man's whim" salad, but the main ingredient in all is meat. Beef should be cooked for a long time, at least 2 hours. This salad is well suited for a feast, it is very satisfying. The salad ingredients can simply be mixed all together, seasoned with mayonnaise, and to serve on the festive table, arrange in the form of a cake, laying out layers. In winter, this salad can be prepared with pickles.
