Classic okroshka on mayonnaise

Delicious okroshka with a spicy taste for meat lovers! My husband is one of those who does not eat okroshka with sausage. Especially for him, I cook okroshka with pork, I fill it with mayonnaise, which gives the dish a certain piquant shade. Yes, it turns out very tasty and satisfying, I also like this option. Try it!

Prepare the ingredients:
- boil the meat in lightly salted water until ready;
- boil potatoes in uniform;
- boil hard-boiled chicken eggs;
- boil the peas in boiling water for 8 minutes, throw them on a sieve, let the water drain;
- wash the parsley and dill.

Now it's time to grind everything. Peel the potatoes and eggs, cut into small cubes together with cucumbers. Finely chop the parsley and dill. Cut the green onion together with its white part. Pork is also finely chopped so that it is commensurate with the rest of the ingredients.

Combine the chopped ingredients in one large saucepan (you can in a bowl), add green peas and send them to the cold (in the refrigerator) for a couple of hours.

After 2-3 hours, the okroshka can be served on the table. It is served in a special way: a portion from a saucepan is immediately superimposed, then each adds mayonnaise, salt, pepper and whey to taste.

Cold soup is ready! Eat to your health!
