Pork ears in the oven

A quick and delicious dish for dinner or lunch - worth a try! Sometimes you want something not quite useful, but definitely delicious. Pork ears are a real delicacy, especially if they are properly cooked. The usual chicken marinade with mayonnaise is perfect for them. Pork ears will be an ideal snack or a separate dish at a festive or everyday family dinner.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

1. Cook the cleaned and washed ears in salted water for about 20 minutes.
2. While the ears are cooking, prepare a dressing for them: add pepper, salt to the mayonnaise and squeeze out the garlic. Mix everything until smooth.
3. Lay out the cooked ears and cool completely.
4. Cool your ears thoroughly with dressing.
5. Put the ears in a greased mold and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40 minutes.

Serve hot with a salad of fresh vegetables.
