1. Boil the cream.
2. Add the flour to the cream and brew, mix constantly.
3. When the mass has become thick, it needs to be fried for 10 minutes. You can do it in the same saucepan, or you can transfer it to a frying pan. Then remove the mass from the heat.
4. Add powdered sugar and nuts to the mixture and mix everything well until smooth.
5. Add honey and stir.
6. Put the halva in the mold and let it freeze for several hours or days.
In such a halva, you can add any spices for sweets, nuts, sesame seeds and dried fruits.
