Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Ingredients.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

    Finely chopped pickles.

1. Rinse the pork loin under running water. Cut off the excess. Send it to cook for 30 minutes.

2. At this time, we cook vegetables. Cut the potatoes into small cubes (0.5-1 cm). Finely chop the onion. Three carrots on a coarse grater. Mix it up. Rinse the rice under running water.

3. We send it to the frying pan to pass (fry until the onion turns light golden).

4. Finely chop the cucumbers (as in the 2nd photo).

5. We pull the meat out of the broth and send it to a bowl to cool down (in the freezer).

6. Add water to the broth, put the washed rice (so that the pan is full) and wait until the water boils.

7. As the water boils, we wait for 5 minutes and send the potatoes there for 15 minutes.

8. After 15 minutes of cooking, add our carrot and onion roast there.

9. At the same time, we take out the slightly cooled pork loin and cut it into small cubes (1-1.5 cm). We throw these cubes to the potatoes so that it is also cooked. Cook for about 7 more minutes.

10. Then add cucumbers, a spoonful of "Universal Seasoning", salt, a mixture of peppers, dill. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Our soup is ready.
