Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

We throw the frozen string beans into boiling, salted water and cook for 5 minutes, then we throw them into a colander. Next, boil the pasta. 350 grams of pasta needs 3.5 liters of water. Pasta from durum wheat does not stick together!

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel tomatoes (for this you can lower them into boiling water for a few seconds). Fry the finely chopped garlic and tomatoes in oil until the juice from the tomatoes begins to boil. Then add the string beans to the sauce, turn down the heat and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, black pepper and season with dry oregano. Combine the pasta with the resulting sauce and mix. Bon appetit!
