Beetroot and feta salad from Jamie Oliver

Bright beetroot salad that lifts the mood! I want to offer you a recipe for a very simple salad. One or two and the salad is ready. The only thing for its preparation is to boil beets in advance or buy already boiled in the store (yes, this is already on sale). The recipe for this salad was spied in one of the programs by J. Oliver and to her surprise realized that the most ordinary products are needed for its preparation, otherwise he often comes across some ingredient that is simply not possible to get.

  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

    Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Peel the boiled beets and grate them. I grate on a grater for Korean carrots, but the usual one will do. Add salt and pepper to the beetroot (just don't forget that the feta is already salty).

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

For dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar and a few drops of lemon juice (as for my taste, lemon is not required here). Finely chop the greens and add to the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly and add it to the grated beetroot.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Mix the beets and put them on a plate. Spread the pieces of feta on top.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Can be served. Enjoy your meal!
