Sea cocktail with rice

Seafood dish with rice is a great solution for dinner! I really like seafood and rice, and combining them together, we get a great dish. It's especially nice to see this dish on the table at a romantic dinner!

    To prepare a sea cocktail, you will need the following ingredients: Rice Shrimp Mussels Scallop Squid Octopus Vegetable oil Spices, seasonings, spices You can buy a ready-made set of seafood, now they are sold in every supermarket - a sea cocktail.

    Cook the rice over medium heat until the water is boiled (about 15 minutes).

    While step 2 is being performed, you can do seafood - we wash it and leave it so that the water runs off.

    Pour vegetable oil, warm it up, pour a sea cocktail into the pan. Sprinkle the mixture with spices (salt, pepper) I prefer to add oregano or basil. We are waiting for the water to evaporate, with periodic stirring.

    Add rice to the resulting mixture, stir, and fry for another 2-3 minutes all together

    The dish is ready. Spread on a flat plate (in portions)

This is one of my favorite recipes. You can not fry everything together and not interfere, but just put the cocktail on the rice. When roasting a cocktail, you can add a drop of lemon juice. You can experiment in different ways! The dish is hearty and healthy, eat for your health!
