Vegetables with black garlic and rice

Do you follow a healthy diet? This recipe is for you! To prepare this dish, you can use shock-frozen vegetables. It is not necessary to look for vegetable bags with complex compositions. Any vegetables suitable for frying will be delicious if you add black garlic to them. It will give the dish a delicious aroma and an unusual piquant taste. Fermented black garlic is a very useful supplement – a vegetable antioxidant. In addition, black garlic does not have a pungent smell characteristic of ordinary garlic, you can use it at any time.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 20 min
1 Wash the rice, put it to cook.
2 While the rice is cooking, pour oil into a frying pan, heat it up, put the vegetables. Add salt and herbs to taste. Cover with a lid, turn down the heat and leave for a few minutes. Two minutes before cooking, add finely chopped black garlic, gently mix the vegetables.
3 Rinse the finished rice, put it in a colander, let the water drain.
4 Combine rice and fried vegetables.
