It is known that it is not recommended to freeze mushrooms without pretreatment.
The essence of this recipe is to tell you exactly how to process mushrooms for their subsequent freezing.
You should freeze only those mushrooms that you have collected today.
Mushrooms should be sorted out and choose strong ones without worms.
Then cut into small pieces and wash several times, preferably under running water.
Boil the chopped mushrooms for about twenty minutes, depending on the size of the pieces.
You need to cook on low heat, adding a little salt to your taste.
Cooking mushrooms for more than twenty minutes does not make sense, because their taste is lost and they can become quite tough.
We throw the boiled mushrooms on a sieve or colander so that the water is completely drained.
We lay out the prepared mushrooms in clean polyethylene bags and put them in the freezer.
As you can see, harvesting frozen mushrooms for the winter does not present any special difficulties.
But then these mushrooms are fashionable to use for cooking almost any dishes.
