Fennel Tea

Fragrant fennel tea with a wonderful taste and spicy aroma. Ease of preparation I have no children. I learned about this recipe from a friend, and she, in turn, from a pediatrician. I myself sometimes drink tea with fennel, adding a little honey to it.

Fennel is famous for its properties to normalize digestion in newborns. There are other more well–known names of the drug - sweet dill, pharmacy dill. However, the purchase of dill water in a pharmacy can be a problem, so most moms prefer to make tea with fennel. Such tea can be purchased ready-made in any pharmacy.
However, now naturalness of products is in fashion. And it is clear that a natural product can be prepared only by yourself. In addition, the recipe for cooking is quite simple.
A teaspoon of crushed fennel fruits is poured with a glass of boiling water and infused for 20-30 minutes. The finished tincture is filtered and cooled. You can drink tea with fennel as often as you like. You can also add tea to the baby's milk or baby formula.
It should be noted that allergic reactions to fennel fruits are possible. Therefore, during the first use of tea, carefully monitor the reaction of the child. And in no case do not use this recipe without prior consultation with your doctor!
