First of all, we prepare a container for salad. They will be one half of a watermelon. We cut it into pieces. We take the half and peel it from the juicy pulp. We cut out the pulp from the second half of the watermelon, but we throw out its crust.

The resulting pulp is cleaned from seeds and cut into small cubes. The pulp is poured into an improvised bowl of watermelon peel, and there we mix it with berries / pieces of fruit, in the most suitable combination for you.

We breed separately a special additive for our salad. It is a mixture of lemon juice and honey diluted in a glass of water. In this form, it is cooked on the stove until the volume of liquid is halved. After that, pour the honey syrup on the contents of the watermelon bowl. That's all.
