Unlike other types, champignons will not only cost less for your budget, but they also do not require preliminary tinkering with their decoction. Therefore, we will choose them, but nothing prevents you from slightly adjusting the recipe and taking other mushrooms.

We wash the mushrooms and cut them into many small pieces. Onions go through the same procedure, only we also pass them until they turn golden and give juices.

Without taking the onion out of the frying pan, we throw pieces of champignons into it. Fry them together with onions for another ten minutes, withstanding medium heat. After a while, add more crushed garlic, then let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes.

Champignons and everything attached to them, we transfer from the frying pan to a saucepan with water. Boil, salt, add pepper and bay leaf. Separately, we dilute the starch in a small container with water, and pour it into the sauce being prepared. Slowly and gradually, stirring the liquid. Remove from the heat as soon as you pour over all the starch. Your lean mushroom sauce is ready!
